Hi! I am Melanie Nicklos the founder and owner of Evolve Human Resource Consulting.  A little about me:

I am a people person. I love to collaborate, and share the things I've learned throughout the years in hopes I can help others who are on the same path. I have a thoughtful, intentional, in the weeds approach to the work I do. As for professional credentials, I have a Masters in Organizational Leadership from University of Mary and certified through SHRM-CP since 2015. 

I've had the opportunity to work in healthcare, banking, building, and for non profit industries throughout my career. Rest assured in every situation, people and relationships were always a priority for me. While finishing my master's degree, I had this overwhelming calling to do more with my God given gifts. In the past few years there has been a drastic change in our community. Businesses and people are all struggling. Our workforce is changing and owners and managers are struggling to catch up. Everyday people are struggling to connect, be seen, feel valued and to have meaning. This doesn't have to be the case. We can provide solutions.

Solutions would include providing efficient workflows, improved company culture, intentional communication standards, and benefits that employees want and need. This is the tip of the iceberg.
